5. Intellectual Property

• Webliteseo reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Webliteseo will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or sales results, as they depend on multiple external factors.

8. Revisions & Support

• Revisions are limited to the agreed scope of work. Additional changes may incur extra costs.
• Post-project support will be defined in the proposal or available under a separate maintenance plan.

9. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• In the event of termination, the client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Amendments

Webliteseo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of services implies acceptance.
