At Webliteseo, we value client satisfaction and aim to deliver high-quality digital solutions. However, due to the nature of our services (SEO, web development, digital marketing, software, graphic design, mobile app development), refunds are subject to the following conditions.

2. Non-Refundable Services

• Payments for SEO, Digital Marketing, and Advertising Campaigns are non-refundable, as results depend on multiple external factors (search engines, algorithms, competition, etc.).
• Customized services (websites, apps, software, and designs) are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they require time, resources, and planning.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

A partial or full refund may be considered only in the following situations:

• The project has not yet started, and no resources have been allocated.
• Duplicate payments due to technical or billing errors.
• Services not delivered as per the agreed proposal or quotation (subject to investigation).

4. Refund Process

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [insert email address].
• Webliteseo will review the request within 7–10 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Cancellation of Services

• If a client cancels an ongoing project, refunds (if any) will be based on the proportion of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
• Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable, except where Webliteseo has not initiated work.
